Meet Attorney Watson-Nagorka

Elisha Watson-Nagorka

In 2009, Elisha moved to Cape Cod after living and working in the Boston area. Elisha graduated from Boston College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, then graduated Northeastern Law School and became a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 2009.

After moving to Cape Cod, Elisha participated in the Family Law Project, with the Women's Bar Foundation. Representing indigent and low-income domestic violence victims in Probate Court for various Family Law Proceedings, including divorce, restraining orders, custody, child support, visitation, and complaints for modification.

Elisha continues to be passionate about helping people plan for all stages of their lives. Currently, she provides legal assistance in a variety of practice areas, including Estate Planning and Probate, Guardianships/Conservatorships of Incapacitated persons, ART Law and Immigration Law.

Elisha is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Barnstable Bar Association, and member of the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod. She is an active member in the Cape Cod Community, where she has volunteered as a Big Sister, for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Cape and Islands, and various other organizations.

Elisha lives here on Cape Cod with her husband and two daughters. Being the spouse of a First Responder and Veteran provides Elisha additional insight into some of the unique needs of families and can create a variety of plans to fit your individual needs. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends on the beaches, and the waters of Cape Cod.
